Terms & Conditions

PAYMENT & DAMAGE DEPOSIT

To secure your booking, a payment of 50% of the grand total is due within 3-days of your confirmation to book. Payment in full (including a refundable damage deposit of $2,000.00 USD), must be fully settled 30-days prior to arrival. If that date is already passed, then payment must be fully settled within 5-days of your confirmation of intention to book.

CANCELLATIONS & REFUNDS

Payments are non-refundable, but exceptions may be considered at the manager's sole discretion, subject to being able to rent the dates in question to another party at a comparable rate.
